A journey to our roots, hand in hand with tradition and nature. A wine that is made by selecting each year the best clusters from our best plots. Each of these grapes will be our favorite. A sincere tribute to the land, with a very traditional winemaking method based on minimal intervention and rescuing techniques that fix the character that each grape berry has acquired during that year in the vineyard.
