Vallobera Rosado Clarete


Varieties: 70% Tempranillo and 30% Viura.
It undergoes cold pre-fermentation (around 10º) overnight, followed by crushing and destemming. Immediately afterwards, direct pressing is carried out at low pressure, which favors a gentle extraction of the must, and it is racked. It ferments in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature of 16ºC.
