VARIETALS: 85% Viura, 15% Garnacha Blanca

A wine that is the result of that tradition of unknown origin and that is lost in the time of planting white vines in the headlands and higher parts of the hillside vineyards. Only in those poor soils, where the variety strives to survive and reaches great concentration, do we have white grapes. It is a wine with which we want to reflect our philosophy and our identity: to maintain that which honors us.
