Alma de Autor Mencia comes from our vineyard next to the winery. Planted in 1970 on trellis, the vineyard is at its optimum moment of maturity and experience to obtain great aging wines.

The harvest is carried out manually with double selection of bunches, in the vineyard and in the winery and the production process begins with a maceration at a controlled temperature prior to fermentation in stainless steel at 27ºC, then malolactic fermentation is carried out in the deposit and its subsequent aging in 2nd and 3rd year French and American oak barrels for 12 months, then the wine rests in the bottle for 12 months prior to its release on the market.

It pairs perfectly with red meats, all kinds of cheeses, even with fatty fish.

Production limited to 6,660 numbered bottles.
